The Singles tournament, held from November 25-26 at Billiards Cafe, showcased outstanding talent from across Africa, with notable participation from Malawi, Uganda, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Tanzania, and the host country, Zambia. Runner-up honors were earned by Ibra Sajeemba from Uganda, receiving K25,000 and a trophy. Ugandan player Chandinga Ceasar clinched the third prize, bagging K10,000 along with a trophy. Zimbabwean participant Tendai Mubaiwa secured the fourth prize of K10,000. The fifth to eighth prizes were claimed by Zambian players: Victor Sinyinza, Chileshe Mubanga, Moses Chishimba, and Zahid Mushinkin, each receiving K2,500. Tesfa Shikombwe, General Secretary of the Zambia Pool Union, extended congratulations to the players, emphasizing the abundance of skill in Africa.
