Cherry Muchindu, a seasoned strength athlete, has proudly represented the country four times and the continent once in various Strongman competitions. She holds qualifications as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach from the International Sports Science Association. Additionally, she's a certified yoga teacher through Kuthula Yoga. In a groundbreaking achievement, Cherry became the first indigenous African to secure a bronze medal at the 2023 Arnold Strongman Classic and Arnold Strongwoman Classic Championships. Notably, she also clinched the title of the local and continental Strongwoman champion, securing third place in the women's open weight category during the event held from March 2nd to March 5th in Columbus, Ohio, USA.
