Every year, Nowspar implements the Youth Support Exchange Programme (YSEP) sports cultural exchange Programme that aims to help athletes from Norway, Malawi, Zambia, and Zimbabwe learn about the sports culture in each other’s countries. Thomas Chitaulo is a Zambian YSEP participant whose home organization is Sport in Action and is currently in Zimbabwe being hosted by the Zimbabwe Volleyball Association where he is working as a sports peer educator. Chitaulo was noticed after his vast experience in working as a youth volleyball coach with sports in action in conjunction with the Zambia volleyball association. 📸Nowspar
