The workshop emphasized the significance of cultivating effective leadership and fostering a positive organizational culture as crucial elements for achieving success in the sports domain. It also highlighted the pivotal role that leadership plays in shaping the organizational landscape,emphasizing how leaders set the tone for the entire entity, make strategic decisions, and create an environment conducive for collaboration and innovation. The overall objective of the workshop was to empower leaders of national sports federations. By providing them with knowledge and insights, the workshop aimed to enhance strategic management skills within sports organizations.
