In his second term as Zambia Motor Sport Association (ZMSA) president, Sam Ching'ambu said he is dedicated to securing a sponsor for the National Championship, aiming to establish a lasting legacy. Currently lacking a flag sponsor, the burden falls on host clubs for event funding, a situation Ching'ambu seeks to rectify. Expressing satisfaction, Ching'ambu highlighted the ZMSA executive's approval of new positions, including vice president of marketing and strategic planning, as well as vice president of women in Motorsport. The newly-elected president anticipates a strategic meeting within the next 21 days with his executive team to outline their goals for the term. Ching'ambu also emphasized the importance of aligning the ZMSA executive term with international standards, where continental and global bodies operate on four-year cycles, while ZMSA currently follows a two-year term.
