The loan covers the Cosafa - Council of Southern Africa Football Associations qualifying for the CAF Women's Football Champions' League. Local ZPL league games are not covered by her K15,000 loan agreement during that time. Selemani's loan will be extended at an additional cost to cover the continental showpiece if Green Buffaloes are able to qualify for the CAF Champions League competition. However, it will not cover local games, as she is anticipated to play for The Elite Ladies FC. Local clubs including ZANACO, ZESCO, and Green Buffaloes expressed interest in the Destroyer. Only ZANACO and ZESCO, however, submitted formal bids; ZANACO placed the highest bid. But both offers were well below what the team was willing to sell for the versatile attacking midfielder and right wingback.
