Zambia has finished third overall at the FIM Africa MXOAN after finishing second last year. Leah Heygate and Dale Holliday won the WMX Class and the Master/Vests Class respectively. South Africa defended their title and was crowned Champions again, with Zimbabwe, Zambia, Namibia, Uganda, Kenya, Botswana, Madagascar, Morocco, and Lesotho following respectively. Below are Zambia's individual team results: In the MX1, Scott Heygate and Aidan Carstens took the 8th and 16th positions respectively. In the MX125, Michael Strunk came in 15th, Matthew Pinetown 22nd, Allan Vorster 28th, and Devin Vorster 34th. Clayton Shiel and Ithai King took 23rd and 25th positions in the MX Lite, with Branson Pitchford, Luzibo Mbozi, William Liebenberg, and Luma Mbozi taking 14th, 19th, 23rd, and 25th respectively in the MX 50cc.
