The tournament had a total of 70 goals scored, with the biggest victory being an 8-0 win for Malawi over Eswatini in the group stages. Temwa Chawinga emerged as the tournament's top scorer with nine goals to her name, followed by Thubelihle Shamase of South Africa with five goals. Zambia's Sarah Jere finished third on the scorers' chart with four goals, followed by Sabina Thom and Fridah Kabwe, who were tied on three goals each.
