Significant strides in empowerment have been witnessed across several districts, with Chavuma, Zambezi, Kapombo, Manyinga, and now Kasempa Districts in the Northwestern Province reaping the benefits of focused initiatives. Hon. Elvis Nkandu, MP, the Minister of Youth, Sport, and Arts, led the charge alongside Hon. Brenda Tambatamba, MP, Minister of Labour and Social Security, and Hon. Elliot Kamondo, MP, Mufumbwe, as they inaugurated a wave of empowerment endeavors. Kasempa District was the latest recipient, with the youth community as the primary beneficiaries. During the momentous event, the distinguished officials delivered grants, motorbikes, and sports kits, symbolizing the government's commitment to uplifting the youth in Kasempa. The Grant Empowerment initiative, operating under the National Youth Scheme, and the support provided to youths within the transportation sector through general youth empowerment, stands as the Ministry's key programs aimed at nurturing youth development and empowerment. These initiatives underscore the government's determination to foster holistic growth and progress, equipping the younger generation with the tools and resources they need to thrive and contribute positively to their communities.
