The Zambia National Futsal Team embarked on their Italian program, commencing with an exhilarating International Futsal Friendly match against the Serie B team, Sulmona Futsal ASD. Zambia secured a convincing 4-1 victory, with goals contributed by Francis Chinyama, Chota Chileshe, Patrick Banda, and Prince Lungu. The game was preceded by a press conference. Zambia's winning momentum continued, building on their recent success at the Futsal September Cup Poreč 2023, which they won after winning two out of two games. The team had the opportunity to visit the prestigious Università degli Studi dell'Aquila. They expressed their gratitude to Professor Maria Giulia Vinciguerra for extending a warm welcome and sharing valuable insights on the knowledge tour.
