Lameck Banda, following his departure from Maestro United Zambia (MUZA), has expressed his openness to joining clubs that show interest in his services. The surprising move comes just weeks after Banda successfully guided MUZA to qualify for continental football. Confirming the split to the Times of Zambia, Banda stated, "Yes, we have parted ways, and I can confirm that I am no longer part of F.C MUZA. I am available to other clubs that are interested in my services. I think I am proud because the work speaks for itself." Reflecting on his time with MUZA, Banda expressed satisfaction with the team's achievements, saying, "It's something that even when I look back, I tell myself, 'Yes, we did our best and fought for the team.' It's time to relax and see what may come up for me." Under Banda's leadership, MUZA secured a CAF Confederations Cup spot for the next season and managed to reach the Absa Cup final.
