Forest Rangers Football Club has appointed Mwenya Chipepo as their new head coach, taking over from Ian Bakala, who departed for Nkana in September. Chipepo, who resigned from Power Dynamos three weeks ago, has reportedly secured the position through a performance-based contract, according to a source close to the club. The source further revealed that Chipepo, credited for guiding Power Dynamos to their seventh Super League title, is anticipated to bring in his own assistants as part of the coaching staff transition at Forest Rangers. In response to inquiries for additional information, Christine Zulu, the club's media officer, mentioned that the club plans to release an official statement soon. Forest, being led by interim coach Kennedy Kashobondo is currently 11th on the Super League standings with 14 points,8 behind current league leaders,Red Arrows.
