The Zambia National Women's Netball Team have been crowned champions of the 2023 Africa Netball Cup after a thrilling final against Namibia. The Copper Queens showed immense fight and determination despite having been behind for most to the game. The girls added pressure in the last few minutes of extended extra time to turn the whole game around,winning by a narrow but hard earned score line of 57-55. Six women's team and four men's team competed in the tournament with South Africa winning the men's competition and the Copper Queens stealing the show to win the women's competition. Their journey in the tournament has been beyond exceptional,serving as proof of their promise to do nothing less than bring the glory home,their dominance from the very beginning backed their shared desire to be crowned champions despite the hurdles they faced.
