Kelvin Kaindu has been re-appointed as the new head coach of Zimbabwean side Highlanders FC, returning to the club 9 years after his departure. Kaindu, aged 46, previously led Highlanders from 2012 to 2014 during his initial coaching tenure in Zimbabwe. To officially confirm his appointment, the club utilized social media, making the announcement on Tuesday. “Highlanders Football Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Kelvin Kaindu as the new head coach for the club’s first team. Kaindu is not a stranger to the club, having played for Highlanders in 1997 before being entrusted with the managerial role between 2012 and 2014.” The club's management extends warm wishes to the Zambian coach, expressing their optimism for success in his new role. “The entire management at the club would like to extend a warm welcome to Kaindu and wish him all the best as he embarks on yet another chapter with Highlanders Football Club.”
