Zambia Women's U-17 Striker Eunice Mutonyi says she is looking forward to scoring goals and putting up a stellar performance in the upcoming 2024 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup Qualifiers match against Tanzania on February 3. Speaking to the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) media, Mutonyi, who is part of the 34-member provisional squad currently undergoing training at NASDEC grounds in preparation for the encounter said she is working hard to earn a spot in the final squad that will face Tanzania. "As a striker, I am working hard to make it in the final list because I want to score goals and possibly emerge as the top scorer in the match," she said. She further said that the team is ready to claim a win against Tanzania as the Coach and technical bench are working very hard to adequately prepare the girls for the challenge ahead as they vile for a spot in the 2024 FIFA U17 Women's World Cup.
