Having concluded her contract with ZISD FC earlier this month, Katongo now joins Green Buffaloes FC who are the current reigning champions of the FAZ Women's Super Division. The club took to social media to announce the development and welcomed the midfielder saying, "Welcome home Evarine Susan Katongo." And Katongo expressed excitement as she embarks on this new thrilling journey with the aim to continue giving a stellar performance at her new home. Green Buffaloes Women FC holds the 2nd position on the FAZ Women's Super Division league table with an impressive tally of 42 points. Leading the charge is Zesco Ndola Girls. The club's season performance stands at an outstanding 13 wins, 3 draws, and 0 losses, showcasing their dominance on the field.
