The Football Association of Zambia has called on fans to turn up in numbers to support the Zambia Under-17 Women's Team as they faceoff against Tanzania for the 2024 FIFA World Cup qualifiers this weekend. The Copper Princess's will hold their first leg of their World Cup campaign against Tanzania at Nkoloma Stadium in Lusaka on February 3. Zambia last featured in the U17 World Cup in 2014 where they got knocked out in the group stage. The girls will be looking forward to qualifying for the tournament to make a second World Cup appearance. And FAZ expressed committment in their pursuit to continue fueling the revolution in women's football and achieving more milestones. Meanwhile, the team is currently undergoing trainings at NASDEC Grounds under the guidance of Head Coach Carol Kanyemba.
