Zambia Police Service Sports Director, Mr. Kwalela has advised young female football players to prioritize education alongside their athletic pursuits and holistic development. Mr. Kwalela emphasized the importance of academic qualifications for players' future success and employment opportunities beyond football. He was speaking during a luncheon held for ZPL side, Police Dove Queens Football Club on Wednesday shortly after playing to a 1-0 victory against The Elite Ladies FC at NASDEC Sports Complex. He underscored that possessing strong academic credentials opens doors to employment as Police Officers, citing tangible examples of players from Kwansia Queens, Kamfinsa, and Dove Queens currently undergoing Police Training at various Police Training Schools.
