Despite capturing the hearts of many Zambians with his impressive performance at the Africa Cup of Nations, 19-year-old Miguel Changa Chaiwa found himself watching from the bench once again as his Swiss club, BSC Young Boys, secured a narrow 1-0 victory over FC Lausanne-Sport on Saturday. This marked the second consecutive game where the versatile defender, who can also play as a midfielder, was an unused substitute since his return from the continental tournament. He had previously watched his team dismantle Yverdon-Sport FC 5-1 on January 30th. However, Chaiwa, who has already made three league appearances with one start to his name, remains optimistic about returning to action. His next opportunity could come next Saturday when Young Boys travel to face Lugano. Despite not featuring in the last two matches, Chaiwa's talent and potential are undeniable.
