Leicester City continued their dominant march towards the Premier League with a resounding 5-0 victory over Stoke City on Saturday, but Zambian forward Patson Daka insists their success isn't as effortless as it seems. Responding to questions after his brace, including a coolly dispatched penalty, Daka dismissed suggestions that games are simply easy for the Championship table-toppers. "Well, it's not easy," he emphasized. "We try to make it look easy, to be honest. That's constantly what we do in training. It may look easy, but believe me, it's not. We put in a lot of work every day, and I'm glad it's paying off." Leicester's relentless form – just four losses in 30 games – is a testament to that work ethic. They sit 11 points clear of second-placed Southampton, their sights firmly set on an immediate return to the top flight. "We came for nothing but three points," Daka declared. "At this point, we have to do anything to make sure we get maximum points from each game we play." His penalty was only his second for the Foxes, highlighting the team's shared responsibility in Vardy's absence. "Of course, when Jamie Vardy is there, he's the first penalty taker," Daka explained. "The rest of us, we share. But everyone is confident enough to take the penalty, as you can see. Everyone who's stepping in is scoring, which is good for the team." Despite the impressive results, Daka acknowledges the need for constant vigilance. "He [manager Enzo Maresca ] needs to speak to us each and every day," he said. "Every game we play, we're human beings. We need constant reminders. He needs to make sure we don't get comfortable."
