Fashion Sakala's Al-fayha winning streak in the second half of the league season came to an end on Friday after a 1-1 draw against Al Riyadh. The draw also sees Sakala's goal drought continue, with teammate Henry Onyekuru catching up to Sakala's ten goal tally in the league. Al-fayha had enjoyed a perfect start to the second round of the season, winning four games in a row in the build-up to their week 24 fixture. They continued their good form in the first half, taking the lead through Onyekuru's 10th goal of the season after 30 minutes. However, Al-fayha were unable to capitalize on their lead and allowed Al Riyadh to draw level in the 64th minute, forcing a share of the spoils. The draw and Sakala's lack of goal contribution mean the Zambian international will have to wait until March 29th to chase his 11th goal of the league. He was left off the national team by Coach Avram Grant for this month's international Fifa break. Sakala will have the opportunity to find his scoring touch again when the league resumes.
