Al Fayha played their final match of the Saudi Pro League on Monday, which saw them lose 1-0 to the hosts, Al Ahli. With this loss, Sakala's side ends the season in 9th place after having played all 34 games, with 11 wins, 11 draws, and 12 losses.Fashion Sakala did not appear in the match against Al Ahli, which was seen as rather odd given his excellent striking form and his title as the club's top scorer this season.    Fashion Sakala has had an immaculate debut season in Saudi Arabia. Sakala ends the season as the club's top scorer in the league this season, having bagged 19 goals for his side. Sakala finishes as the third joint top scorer in the league, sharing the position with A. Hamdallah of Al Ittihad. Overall for Sakala this season, he's played 40 games, registering 22 goals and 9 assists.    Now, logically speaking, Sakala has been one of the most prominent Zambian international players. He has played a crucial role in helping the Saudi team, especially in games when they were done, and in hoping for a hero to step up. No one knows the reason why the club's top scorer did not play the last game, but some football fans are speculating about the Sakala saga happening in Zambia. It is highly doubtful that this is the case; however, maybe the coach wanted to try a different approach on the last day as so many coaches do, especially when wanting to give play time to other players. Nevertheless, it is not an issue, as the golden boy still shines brightly in Saudi Arabia. Follow Zed sport for more sports news and updates. Image credit: Al Fayha.
