MOROCCO ANNOUNCES STAR-STUDYED SQUAD FOR WORLD CUP QUALIFIERS AGAINST ZAMBIA The Royal Moroccan Football Federation has announced its squad for the highly anticipated FIFA World Cup qualifier against Zambia on June 7th. The Atlas Lions' squad boasts a plethora of talented players, including Paris Saint-Germain's Achraf Hakimi, Real Madrid's Brahim Diaz, and Bayern Munich's Noussair Mazraoui. Galatasaray's Hakim Ziyech, a former Chelsea player, is also part of the squad, alongside other notable players. Morocco's team is led by coach Walid Regragui, who has opted for a strong and experienced lineup to face Zambia. On the other hand, Zambia's squad will feature players like Patson Daka, who currently plays for Leicester City in England; Kingstone Mtandwa of Cagliari in Italy; Evans Kangwa; Edward Chilufya, who plays in the Denmark league; and Kennedy Musonda of Tanzania. However, influential striker Fashion Sakala will not be available for selection due to a controversy with the team's coach, Avram Grant. Morocco currently leads Group E with three points from one match, while Zambia sits second with three points from two matches, having won one and lost one.
