SIMBA SC TAKES ON JKT TANZANIA AS CLATUS CHAMA DECLARES FITNESS Today, Simba SC faces off against JKT Tanzania in the NBC Premier League, and Clatous Chama has confirmed his readiness for the encounter. This match marks the final game of the season for both Simba SC and Chama. Kickoff is scheduled for 15:00 hrs. Meanwhile, Chama recently dismissed claims by the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) that he is injured and unable to participate in the upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Morocco and Tanzania on June 7th and 11th, respectively. Chama recently recovered from an injury and is now fully fit and eager to compete. Contrary to FAZ's announcement, Chama took to social media to clarify his position, stating, "Point of Correction: I was injured; I am now okay. Just so when you see me playing for my club, don't say I didn't want to honor national duty." Chama's exclusion from the Zambian national team's provisional squad sparked controversy, given his impressive performance in the last two Chipolopolo matches, where he scored two goals and provided an assist, helping the team secure a third-place finish in the Four Nations tournament. In a surprising turn of events, the Zambian national team's international camp was cancelled due to visa issues for some players. However, it has been confirmed that Chama, along with Fashion Sakala Jr., will not be called up to the national team. Despite this, Chama remains focused on his club duties and is eager to lead Simba SC to victory in today's match against JKT Tanzania. Kickoff is scheduled for 15:00 hrs.
