The Zambia National Men’s Team has arrived in Agadir for Friday’s Group E FIFA World Cup qualifier against Morocco. The team departed for Morocco on Wednesday morning and touched down at 21:00 hours local time aboard a chartered flight. Zambia is currently second in Group E, tied with leaders Morocco. Their campaign started with a 4-2 win over Congo Brazzaville, followed by a 2-1 loss to Niger. With the match scheduled for Friday, June 7, the team will be looking for a positive result against Morocco. After their match against the Atlas Lions, the Chipolopolo will then host Tanzania at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola next week.
