Zambia's very own FIFA referee, Gloria Sambumba, has been chosen as the fourth official for today's opening Group A match in the 2023 CAF Women's Champions League | COSAFA Qualifiers. The match will be held between Lesotho Defence Force of Lesotho and debutants Ntopwa FC of Malawi, starting at 12:00 PM at Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium in Durban, South Africa. Sambumba will work alongside Antsino Twanyanyuka of Namibia, who has been appointed as the center referee. Herilaina Soarinolo Razaftsalama from Madagascar and Nandipha Menze from South Africa will assist as the first and second assistant referees, respectively. Additionally, a South African duo consisting of Emmah Hendricks will serve as the match commissioner, while Potso Valentia Mohami will take on the role of General Coordinator.
