He has appealed to the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) to seek out credible agents who can facilitate the entry of players into European leagues. His call for collaboration with credible agents is a reflection of a strategic approach to unlocking the full potential of Zambian talent on the international stage. He believes that talent is abundant but players need to compete in more competitive leagues. Recognizing the potential of the current team, he expressed confidence that this group of players is the best Zambia has ever had. He envisions this team not only qualifying for the World Cup but also achieving success in other major tournaments, setting the stage for record-breaking accomplishments.
