Copper Queens attacker, Misozi Zulu, was on target for her Turkish side, Hakkarigücü Spor Kulübü, who suffered a 3-1 away defeat to Fatih Karagümrük in a Week 8 fixture on Saturday afternoon. The Zambian international equalised from the spot in the 66th minute after her team went down to the opening goal just before the half-time break. However, her side could not capitalize on the equaliser as they conceded two more goals in the 85th and 97th minutes, resulting in a 3-1 loss. Zulu, who played an important part in Zambia's 2022 WAFCON qualifications, missed out on Zambia's trip to the World Cup and back-to-back friendlies in Morocco in September. She will be hoping to regain her place in the national team set-up as the country prepares for Olympic qualifiers and WAFCON qualifiers soon. Her national team counterpart, Hellen Chanda, who is also her clubmate, also played in the team's defeat yesterday. Hakkarigücü Spor Kulübü is currently 10th on the log with 9 points.
