Rangers FC has informed Zambian striker Fashion Sakala to seek a new club ahead of the upcoming season. Sakala, who was the top scorer for Rangers in the second half of last season, was excluded from the squad for the last pre-season friendly against TSG Hoffenheim. Although the 26-year-old has reportedly rejected a lucrative offer to relocate to Saudi Arabia, Rangers manager Michael Beale has determined that there is no place for him in the squad. Beale has recruited several new attacking players this summer, including Cyriel Dessers, Kieran Dowell, Sam Lammers, Abdallah Sima, and Danilo. Sakala is now expected to depart from Rangers before the transfer window closes. It will be intriguing to see which club Sakala joins next.
