Zambia's Felistus K Nkandu has secured a victory over Tunisia's Islem Ferchichi, earning her a spot in the semi-finals of the Road to Paris 2024 Olympic Games qualifying tournament in Dakar, Senegal. This win brings Nkandu one step closer to qualifying for the Paris 2024 Games, with just one more bout to go. Nkandu competed in the women's 60kg category and previously advanced to the quarter-finals by defeating Morocco's Nisrine Amine. Qualification for the Paris 2024 Games will be secured directly by the finalists in the women's category.
