Sport in Action
On 20th November, Children's Day is celebrated worldwide. In anticipation of this special occasion, three teams from Kamwala, Lotus, and Fountain of Hope enthusiastically engaged in a preparatory tournament organized by Sport in Action. This event was meticulously crafted to refine their skills and prepare them for the forthcoming celebration. The tournament featured a total of 37 participants who collectively contested five thrilling games. The last two games stood out as they introduced an exciting twist by mixing up the teams, creating a fresh level of competition. This twist added an extra layer of challenge as participants found themselves playing alongside and against different teammates. Upon the tournament's conclusion, 13 exceptional participants were duly recognized for their unwavering commitment to training. Additionally, certain players received acknowledgment for their outstanding contributions to the life skills and Girls in Action segments.
