NAPSA Stars FC coach Perry Mutapa is upbeat about his team's chances against Zanaco FC, despite the fact that they have yet to record a win in their first five matches. In a pre-match interview, Mutapa said that his team is ready to play against the league leaders and that they are confident of securing a victory. "They've improved a lot, with a good and experienced coach in Wedson Nyirenda. But I think we have been unlucky since the start of the season. However, the good news is that we have gradually moved up the table from the last position. So, we just want to secure a win to boost morale and start our campaign where our players will have the confidence to continue competing," Mutapa said. Mutapa also identified the areas where his team needs to improve in order to obtain a positive result against Zanaco. "In the games we have played and conceded goals, it is simply a matter of ensuring that we focus and concentrate for the entire 90 minutes. In the last game, we lacked concentration and communication. If we improve in those areas, we will perform well," Mutapa said. Despite the fact that NAPSA Stars have yet to record a win, Mutapa is confident that his team can emerge victorious against Zanaco. "They're a very talented group of players, very confident. They know that just one win will change our position in the league. We're playing against the league leaders, but the difference is just two games. So, it gives us confidence that when we secure a win, things will change. We are confident, and you can see from the boys in training that they really want to win this game," Mutapa said. It will be interesting to see if NAPSA Stars can secure their first win of the season against Zanaco FC. Kickoff: 15:00 Venue: Woodlands Stadium
