In a heartwarming display of gratitude and community support, the Elite Ladies FC, in collaboration with Esther Chitete Munsaka, extended a generous gesture to the MuSports Academy of Choma. This act of kindness involved the donation of a brand new set of Adidas jerseys, marking a significant moment in their partnership. The jerseys, which comprised 16 in-field players' outfits, including tops, shorts, and socks, along with a goalkeeper's set consisting of a top, shorts, and socks, were originally received by Elite Ladies FC from FIFA through the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) as part of the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup legacy. Now, they have found a new home at MuSports Academy, where they will undoubtedly inspire and empower aspiring athletes. In addition to the jerseys, the donation also included a selection of valuable equipment to aid in training and development. Esther Chitete Munsaka, a key figure in this benevolent act, handed over 10 cones, 15 plates, 6 hurdles, and 3 match balls, including a prestigious World Cup Qatar 2022 Adidas match ball, to Stanie Muntanga, the coach of MuSport Academy. This charitable gesture carries a deeper significance, as it acknowledges and celebrates the vital role that MuSports Academy played in nurturing talent. It was within these academy walls that Chitete's promising journey as a goalkeeper began, ultimately leading her to achieve the title of COSAFA Best Under 17 Goalkeeper from 2020 to 2022. The act of giving back and empowering those teams and organizations that have contributed to their success aligns perfectly with the values and principles that Elite Ladies FC holds dear. It not only strengthens their existing partnerships but also serves as an inspiration for the spirit of camaraderie and support within the world of sports.
