Zambia's triumphant return to the AFCON tournament was sealed with a resounding 3-0 victory over Ivory Coast at the Levy Mwanawansa stadium in Ndola. This remarkable win ends their three-edition absence, displaying the team's prowess and determination. The result has also dashed any hopes Comoros may have had of catching up with Zambia in the qualifiers, as the Chipolopolo boys now comfortably lead the table with 12 points, two ahead of second-placed Ivory Coast.
