The Zambian Women's National Handball Team is ramping up their preparations in anticipation of a thrilling competition year in 2024. Handball Association of Zambia President Victor Bwalya Banda assured that the women's squad is ensuring that every detail is being carefully addressed to ensure a stellar performance in the continental tournament set for January in Egypt. The tournament holds the promise of offering a coveted pathway to qualify for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. At the same time, Mr. Banda revealed that their male counterparts are currently honing their match fitness at a pre-Africa Cup training camp. He further emphasized the collective focus of both national teams on achieving podium performances, expressing their determination to make Zambian athletic history on the global stage next summer.
