The Men’s Handball National Team Coach, Mac Bilo Kalenga says the team is polishing up in preparations for the 2024 African Men’s Handball Tournament which is scheduled to take place in Egypt next year. Mr. Kalenga conveyed the team's readiness to compete, highlighting the current impressive physical condition of the players compared to the previous time. “Last time, we didn’t give a stellar performance because some of our players had injuries while some could not make it to the contest due to documentation glitches that prevented them from traveling,” he said. He added that the goal for the team is deliver a stellar performance and secure a coveted spot in the quarterfinals of the upcoming tournament. The Men’s National Handball Team is currently honing their match fitness at a pre-Africa Cup training camp.
