With the CAHB African Men's Championship on the horizon, the Zambia National Men's Handball Team is intensifying their preparations, entering the final stages of readiness for the upcoming tournament. Richard Mulenga, one of the players expressed excitement as the date draws near, stating, "As we approach the Africa Cup, our anticipation and excitement are at peak levels. The dedication and hard work we've put into our training have prepared us for this moment." Mulenga said the privilege of representing their nation on the handball court was not taken lightly. He conveyed their readiness to showcase their skills, compete at the highest level, and make their mark with unwavering determination. "We face formidable opponents, but with teamwork, determination, and the support of our fans, we aim to leave it all on the court and make our nation proud," he added. Mulenga also pointed out that the Africa Cup was more than just a competition; it was a celebration of the sport's essence and the unity it instilled. The Zambia National Men's Handball Team is set to embark on their journey to Egypt on January 14, 2024, for the upcoming CAHB African Men's Championship.
