Simba SC secured a resounding 3-0 victory over Ruvu Shooting in the Tanzania NBC Premiership, thanks to a goal from Chipolopolo midfielder Clatous Chota Chama. The dynamic player scored the opener at the half-hour mark, after connecting with a cross from Mohamed Hussein, registering his fourth goal of the season. Chama has been in great form for Simba SC in the league, having contributed to a total of 18 goals this season, with 14 assists and 4 goals to his name. His impressive performances have undoubtedly been pivotal to the team's success this season. In addition to Chama's goal, Pape Sakho and Saido Ntibazonkiza combined for two more goals to seal the victory for Simba SC. Saido provided assists for Pape in the 72nd and 90th minutes to put the game beyond reach for Ruvu Shooting. Although Chipolopolo striker Moses Phiri has been sidelined due to an injury earlier this year, Simba SC showed their strength in depth, comfortably securing a win without him. The win takes Simba SC to 67 points, just four behind their rivals, Young Africans, who have played one game less. With Chama's continued influence in midfield, the team looks set to challenge for the league title this season. Picture Simba SC
