Standard Chartered Zambia staff members recently participated in a lively and impactful volunteering event alongside over 330 GIRLS GOAL gyrls at Prince Kamado School in Bauleni Compound. The bank colleagues delved into essential topics such as communication, resource mapping, savings, and personal hygiene, among others, using interactive games and exercises. They were invited to the event by the National Organization for Women in Sport, Physical Activity, and Recreation (NOWSPAR) as part of their efforts to empower and inspire the next generation to dream big and achieve greatness. NOWSPAR has also teamed up with Eagles of Change to target 12 schools for the same purpose. They have successfully implemented this program in various areas, including Jack Compound, Kamwala South, Lilayi, John-Howard, and Chawama Compound in Lusaka.
