The Zambia Senior Women's National Netball Team is an incredibly impressive team. Below are some of their achievements. The team is ranked 16th in the world, just below Sri Lanka, and 5th in Africa. They won silver at the Confederation of Africa Netball Associations (CANA) tournament in Zanzibar in 2012. In 2011, they placed third at the 2011 All-Africa Games in Mozambique, earning their first international medal. They later won bronze at the COSANA Africa Cup in Tanzania and another bronze at the Diamond Challenge in South Africa. The team achieved their first trophy outside of Africa in 2016 by winning the Foods Nations Nations Cup in Singapore that year. They made their debut in the PacificAus Sport Netball Series held in Australia in April this year, and they secured 3rd place.
