Kafue Celtic FC has announced that they will be heading to Georgia where they have been invited by their partners, Locomotive Tbilisi. In accordance with their Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), the team will be embarking on a week-long training camp starting this Wednesday, which will include three friendly matches. The timing of the trip is perfect as Georgia is currently hosting the U21 Euro Championship, allowing Kafue Celtic the privilege of being able to watch two group matches during their stay. The team will consist of 20 players, selected from both the main team and the Young Crocs, who are aged between 17 and 19. Expressing his satisfaction, Director Lee Kawanu said, "Our MOU with Locomotive Tbilisi continues to yield positive results, and we take great pride in showcasing the immense talent at Kafue Celtic FC and representing Zambia as a whole. This opportunity also allows our players to catch the attention of Locomotive Tbilisi and scouts from various European clubs who will be present for the Euro championship. This experience will undoubtedly leave a lasting impact on our players' professional careers, which is of utmost importance to us as a club."
