Lazarus Tembo and Peter Chileshe have announced the provisional squads for the upcoming Africa Netball Cup. Lazarus Tembo, the coach of the Zambia Women's National Netball Team, has selected a 21-member squad, featuring a mix of young and experienced players who earned a Bronze Medal at the PacificAus Sports Netball Series in Australia last April. Notable inclusions are shooters Diana Banda and Beauty Nakazwe, as well as Ivy Mwansa and Iness Munge, who won Silver Medals at the 2022 Region 5 Youth Games in Malawi. On the other hand, Peter Chileshe, the Men's National Team Coach, has unveiled a 20-member squad primarily composed of Green Buffaloes and Green Eagles players. Both teams are preparing for a non-residential camp starting on 6th November 2023.
