Zambia's football legend Kalusha Bwalya has emphasized the importance of celebrating the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations Chipolopolo legends for bringing pride to the country. After the Chipolopolo Legends defeated Barcelona Legends 3-0 in an exhibition match, Bwalya expressed his happiness with the new dawn administration and Kings of Africa for organizing the high-profile event, which reunited the 2012 AFCON-winning heroes. Bwalya believes that these legends should never be forgotten, as they dedicated themselves to the nation during their playing days. During the match, Bwalya contributed as a second-half substitute and assisted Clifford Mulenga's third goal for Chipolopolo. Reflecting on the event, Bwalya expressed his hope that Zambians would now recognize the 2012 Zambian team's achievements and celebrate them accordingly. He highlighted the importance of self-belief and hospitality in the Zambian spirit while acknowledging the sacrifices made by the players for their country.
