Reuben Kamanga, the General Secretary of the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ), has announced that Toronto FC defender Aime Mabika will be available for the upcoming AFCON Qualifier match against Ivory Coast, which is scheduled to take place at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola. Mabika, who has represented Zambia in an international friendly match, was unable to participate in AFCON games due to not having a Zambian passport. However, according to Kamanga, significant progress has been made in the past five days regarding Mabika's passport. "We have made tremendous progress in obtaining his passport," Kamanga stated. "Once the passport is ready, I will inform you so that you can break the news he told the HOT FM presenter today. He will be included in the squad in Ndola." Kamanga also expressed his gratitude to the Ministry of Sports and the Ministry of Home Affairs for expediting the passport process. This development comes as exciting news for Zambian football fans and Chipolopolo supporters, as Mabika's inclusion in the squad adds depth and talent to the team. The match against Ivory Coast holds great significance for Zambia as they aim to secure their qualification for the AFCON tournament.
