Bruce Mwape led Zambia women's national soccer team has fallen twice at the hands of the South Korean women's national team in the two friendlies played in that country. Zambia lost in the first friendly 5-2 on Friday after leading at the break and they were hoping for different results in the second match which was never the case. The Copper Queens lost 5-0 today which was their final game of the two games that the football association of Zambia had arranged for the team in preparation for the incoming world cup this summer against the Asian opposition. Coach Bruce Mwape had made three changes to the team that started on Friday as he was hoping for different results especially with the poor showing of the Midfielder duo of Ireen Lungu and Katongo on Friday as both players were dropped to the bench. But things didn't go as planned as the host put goals past Catherine Musonda five times minus any reply from the Copper Queens as the changes made by the coach proved null to affect the team's performance, especially in defense as his team went on to even conceded two penalties which the host country put past the goalkeeper. The absence of Lushomo Mweemba and Margaret Belemu was once again felt at the heart of defense as the team lacked coordination at the back to solve pressure from the opposition team. too many forced errors again characterized the Copper Queens' performance in today's match which was the opposite of what the coach had said in his interview yesterday in the build-up to the match that they have worked on the mistake they committed in the first match and they were ready to put off a better performance. Where do you think coach Bruce Mwape got it wrong this time? FAZ
