Nchanga Rangers Football Club of the Faz division one side has announced significant changes to its technical bench as it seeks to strengthen its coaching staff for the upcoming season. The most notable addition to the coaching staff is David Siame, who joins as the first assistant to the head coach, Robert Tembo. Siame brings a wealth of experience and tactical knowledge to the team, and his presence is expected to greatly benefit the players. Another familiar face making a return to the club is Silemi Phiri, a Nchanga Rangers legend. Phiri has been appointed as the second assistant coach, and his deep understanding of the club's culture and values will undoubtedly be an asset to the team. Joining Siame and Phiri is Ponga Chikombe, who takes on the role of the new physical trainer. Chikombe's focus on fitness and conditioning will be crucial in ensuring the players are in optimal shape throughout the season. Additionally, Francis Sinyangwe has been appointed as the goalkeeper coach, responsible for honing the skills of the team's shot-stoppers. While these new faces bring fresh energy and expertise, the club has bid farewell to Ronald Mukosha, who served as the assistant coach until the expiry of his contract. The club also saw the departure of physical trainer Mutumbi Mtonga, whose contract came to an end, and goalkeeper trainer Bob Banda, who left by mutual agreement. Nchanga Rangers acknowledges the contributions made by these coaches during their time with the club and wishes them the best in their future endeavors. In a further reshuffle, Michael Mwape, who was temporarily co-opted into the senior technical bench from the Young Nchanga Rangers, will now return to the south side.
