Nkana Football Club has issued a warning to individuals who have created Facebook and WhatsApp groups using the Club's name, logo, and nickname. The Club has announced that the name, logo, and nickname are registered with the relevant government authorities as legal brands and that the Club retains the rights to their use. Nkana Football Club has urged supporters and fans who wish to use the Club's name, logo, and nickname to seek permission from the Club Secretariat to avoid any abuse of the Legendary Club's name and logo. Furthermore, all admins of existing groups must ensure that their members are fully paid-up members of the Club and must register their groups with the Club Secretariat to be deemed authorized. Any unauthorized Facebook and WhatsApp groups using the Club's name, logo, and nickname have been given until the start of the 2023/2024 soccer season to register with the Club Secretariat.
