The Zambia Women's National Team will receive the same winning bonuses as the men's team at the FIFA World Cup, along with a $30,000 appearance fee from FIFA. The Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) acknowledged the team's achievements and plans to increase their bonuses. Previously, they received $3,000 per game during the WAFCON tournament. The Copper Queens are currently in camp, preparing for the World Cup, and will play a friendly match against Tanzania on Sunday at heroes stadium in Lusaka. FAZ President Andrew Kamanga assured the team of support, including a team doctor and physiotherapist. The revised winning bonus, expected to be similar to the men's team, will be announced soon. The men's team recently received $5,000 per player for their victories against Lesotho.
