Leicester City are set to take on fellow strugglers Everton in a crucial match of the English Premier League tonight at the King Power Stadium. Currently, Leicester City are just one point above Everton on 29 points, and they will be hoping to secure a vital victory with home support to avoid relegation this season and remain in the top flight for the next campaign. A win in this fixture would take Leicester out of the relegation zone and into 16th place, with 32 points, just two points behind West Ham. However, the Foxes are facing a tough challenge against a side managed by Sean Dyche, who is known for his defensive style of play and will be hard to break down. One player who will be key to Leicester's chances is Zambian international Patson Daka. Daka is set to make his second start under manager Dean Smith, having played an important role in Leicester's last league win against Wolverhampton. With the absence of Nigerian international Iheanacho, Smith will be counting on Daka's partnership with Jamie Vardy to provide the goals that his side desperately needs to secure a win. Despite only starting 13 games out of 26 this season in the league, Daka has managed to score 5 goals and provide 3 assists. His excellent performances have even earned him a place in the team of the week once. This match is crucial for both teams, and Leicester City will be hoping that their home support and the attacking prowess of Daka and Vardy will be enough to secure a much-needed victory against a tough Everton side.
