Zambia is looking forward to participating and competing for honors during this year’s Motocross of African Nations (MXOAN) to be held in South Africa in August 2023. The MXoAN is the most important event on the African motorcycling calendar, where all FIM Africa-affiliated countries meet for this prestigious event. The event attracts media attention, both TV and print for the participating countries and their team members. Having successfully participated and came out Second during last year’s event in Uganda, the team is motivated to maintain the top 3 positions. Zambia Motor Cross team hopes to send a team of 20 to 25 riders to Cape Town comprising talented Zambian riders competing in different classes. However, Motor Cross needs to raise enough funds to cover as much as possible to cover kits, flights, accommodation, and transportation of their bikes, support team, and crew. Motor Cross Zambia has therefore called for Sponsorship and Partnership from different stakeholders and well-wishers to come on board and support them for a successful appearance in South Africa.
